The winning bid achieved the first breakthrough in the intelligent control business of SCIYON 9H gas-steam combined cycle generator set in the southwest region. Up to now, the intelligent control performance of SCIYON class 9H gassteam combined cycle generator sets has reached more than 10 sets, and the enabling territory of related intelligent control products continues to expand. Sichuan Energy Investment Guangyuan Gas Turbine Project is the first approved gas power generation key project in the 14th Five-Year Plan of Sichuan Province. It selects two sets of efficient and clean "9H class" gas-steam combined cycle generator sets with an installed capacity of 2×700MW. The "Class 9H" gas turbine used in the project is the heavy-duty gas turbine with the highest power and efficiency in the world at present. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual power generation will reach 3.5 billion kM/h, which will effectively improve the peaking capacity of Sichuan power grid, optimize the power supply structure, enhance the reliability of power supply of the grid, and promote the local advantageous resources local transformation, meet the rapid growth of electricity demand in Guangyuan and load center areas, and provide clean and high-quality energy guarantee for supporting and driving the healthy development of local advantageous industries.

SCIYON & Sichuan Energy Investment: Creating a new benchmark for intelligent control of H-class gas-steam combined cycle generator sets

SCIYON will join hands with Sichuan Energy Investment Group to build this project into an industry benchmark demonstration, through safe and controllable intelligent control technology, as well as complete and reliable mechanism analysis and data analysis technology, to ensure that the project achieves high efficiency, high reliability and high availability, for the construction of a safe, low-carbon and efficient new era energy system benchmarking!

Integration and opening -- domestic control + intelligent application: The project 2 sets of combined cycle DCS, 1 set of unit common and auxiliary control DCS using domestic NT6000 intelligent decentralized control system. And set up a set of intelligent application service system on the basis of conventional DCS, through the system deployment of real-time history database, advanced application server, network security protection equipment and other components, establish a closed-loop connection between basic control, intelligent control and intelligent operation monitoring and other levels, vertically open the boundary between direct control and operation supervision and control, to provide a more open and integrated advanced application environment.

Less people on duty -- whole plant acquisition + intelligent monitoring: The project fully integrates intelligent perception, big data analysis, advanced control and other technologies, and realizes intelligent monitoring panel, operation optimization control, intelligent equipment maintenance, performance calculation and loss analysis, optimal working condition analysis and operation suggestions, working medium and energy balance monitoring, production information collection, processing and monitoring at the application level. In order to improve the system monitoring performance, prevent accidents, reduce the equipment failure rate, improve the unit operation efficiency and reduce the unit non-shutdown, to achieve the unit intelligent monitoring panel, less people on duty.

Intelligent start-stop - automatic start-stop control (APS) : The project deployment is equipped with automatic start-stop control function (APS), so as to improve the correctness and standardization of the unit start-stop, reduce the work intensity of the operator and the dependence on subjective judgment, shorten the unit start-stop time, and improve the safety, reliability and automatic control level of the unit.
