Recently, SCIYON successfully won the bid for the distributed control system (DCS) and simulation training system of Zheneng Liuheng Power Plant Phase II 2×1000MW power generation project, achieving another major breakthrough for millions of coal-fired units.
This is following the Zheneng Binhai, Zheneng Changxing, Zheneng Yueqing, Zheneng Zhenhai and other projects, SCIYON and Zhejiang Energy Group Co., LTD., the cooperation between the two sides continued to deepen.
Zhejiang Province "thousand trillion" project -- Zheneng Liuheng Phase II 2×1000MW power generation project
Zhejiang Neng Liuheng Power Plant Phase II project is located in Liuheng Island, Zhoushan City, with an annual handling capacity of 30 million tons of national coal storage base, low circulating water temperature, dock docking conditions and good energy saving and carbon reduction effect, "Sea pit mouth power plant" outstanding advantages, is a large thermal power plant and coal transfer coal terminal as one of the island port "coal power integration" enterprise. It is an overarching, strategic and basic advanced coal power project. The project is a major investment project, a major supporting coal power project and a key clean coal power project during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period of Zhejiang Province.
In addition to the application of ultra-low emission technology, the project is also the first time in Zhejiang Province to apply secondary reheat technology, seawater desulfurization technology of one million thermal power units, is expected to save about 130,000 tons of standard coal annually, can effectively promote the construction of Liuhorizontal "offshore energy island", and alleviate the thermal power development faced by the total energy consumption control and environmental pressure. This has a positive role in improving the power supply guarantee capacity of Zhejiang Province, reducing the inter-provincial high-power exchange, promoting the transformation and upgrading of low carbon emissions in the power industry, and building a clean, low carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system.

High-performance, intelligent, safe and controllable "nerve center system"
SCIYON will provide the full range and whole process DCS system and simulation system for the phase II project of Zheneng Liuheng Power Plant, including unit units, public, auxiliary control, etc., while supporting APS automatic start and stop function, improve the essential safety of the unit start and stop process, and greatly reduce the work intensity of operators. The system is designed according to the level 3 standard of network security level protection 2.0, and will escort the safe, efficient and green operation of Zheneng Liuheng Power Plant Phase II project with a high performance, intelligent, safe and controllable "nerve center system".
Integrated, intelligent and efficient "intelligent Power generation Platform"
Based on DCS integrated centralized monitoring of furnace, machine, electric and public auxiliary systems, SCIYON builds an advanced application service network in the security Ⅰ zone by deploying basic hardware and software facilities such as intelligent controllers, high-performance data/application servers, and large real-time/historical databases. Establish an integrated intelligent power generation platform including data analysis environment, intelligent computing environment, intelligent control environment and open application development environment, vertically open the boundary between direct control and operation supervision control, and realize the closed-loop connection between basic control, intelligent control and intelligent operation levels.
